Our approach

A kitchen designed around how you actually cook.

Most kitchens we walk into have the same problems: limited storage, poor lighting, awkward layouts, or finishes that have simply aged out. Some homeowners come to us with a clear vision. Others just know something isn't working but aren't sure what needs to change.

We take time to understand how you use your kitchen on a daily basis, then shape a layout and design that improves flow, increases usability, and makes the space genuinely more enjoyable to be in.

What's involved

What goes into a proper kitchen remodel.

A kitchen remodel isn't surface-level work. It's a full process that starts behind the walls. Most projects begin with demolition, followed by adjustments to layout, framing, plumbing, and electrical if the design calls for it. Those early steps set the foundation for everything that follows.

Once the structure is ready, we move into installation. Cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and lighting all come together to complete the space. Every step is handled carefully so the finished kitchen is both clean and durable.

What's included

Full remodels, or smart upgrades.

We handle full gut remodels where everything is rebuilt from the ground up. We also take on partial projects when that's the right call. We won't push a full remodel if it isn't needed.

Custom cabinetry

Cabinet replacement or full custom builds. Soft-close hardware, real storage that fits your appliances, and finishes that hold up to daily life.

Counters & backsplash

Quartz, granite, butcher block, whatever fits your space and budget. Tile or slab backsplash installed level, with grout that stays clean.

Layout & structural

Walls coming down, islands going in, plumbing and electrical moved. We handle the framing, permits, and inspections so the new layout actually works.

Lighting & finishes

Recessed lights, under-cabinet strips, pendants over the island. Flooring, paint, and trim that ties the whole room together.

Kind words

What kitchen clients tell their neighbors.

"Rudy and his team gutted our 1980s kitchen and somehow made it feel like it was always meant to look this way. Finished on the exact day they promised."
Danielle & Mark S. Pikesville, MD · Full kitchen remodel
"We just wanted new cabinets and counters. RWM walked us through what was actually worth doing and what wasn't. No pressure to upgrade. The finished kitchen is exactly right."
The Carter family Owings Mills, MD · Cabinets & counters
"They opened a wall, moved the sink, and built us a real island. Communication was constant and the cleanup at the end of every day was unreal. Highly recommend."

Kitchen questions

The things homeowners always ask.

Most full kitchens land in the 6–10 week range, depending on cabinet lead times and how much structural or plumbing work is involved. Cabinet-and-counter swaps without layout changes are usually 3–5 weeks. We'll give you a real calendar with your estimate, not a ballpark.
Most clients set up a temporary "camp kitchen" in another room (microwave, coffee maker, fridge). The active kitchen is offline once demo starts, so plan on takeout, grilling, or a basement setup for a few weeks. We'll be honest with you about the timeline at estimate time.
We handle the whole package, cabinets, counters, backsplash, flooring, lighting, and appliances. We work with cabinet shops we trust and walk you through countertop slab selection in person. If you've already picked something out, we'll work with that too.
Yes, fully licensed with MHIC, plus general liability and workers' comp on the whole crew. We pull Baltimore County permits for any plumbing, electrical, or structural work and schedule the inspections ourselves.
It depends entirely on scope, cabinet quality, counter material, and whether walls are moving. Cabinet-and-counter refreshes generally start in the mid five figures. Full layout-changing remodels with custom cabinetry land higher. Every estimate is line-item so you can see exactly where the money is going.
Yes. 2 years on our workmanship in writing, plus whatever manufacturer warranties your cabinets, fixtures, and appliances carry. If a drawer slide fails or a tile cracks six months in, call us and we'll come fix it.
