Kind words

From neighbors with new decks.

"Rudy walked our yard, listened to how we wanted to use the space, and built a Trex deck that genuinely looks like it belongs there. Solid as a rock."
Brian & Lauren P. Reisterstown, MD · Composite deck
"They handled the permits, the inspections, and the design. We just picked the railing color. Two summers in and there isn't a single squeak."
Megan H. Owings Mills, MD · Pressure-treated deck
"Our backyard sits on a slope and other contractors didn't want to deal with it. RWM designed an elevated deck with stairs that turned out perfect."
Tom & Karen B. Pikesville, MD · Elevated deck
Good questions

Things homeowners always ask.

Most decks take 2 to 4 weeks of build time once we're on site, depending on size, height, and material. Permitting and material lead times can add a few weeks before we start. We'll give you a real calendar with your estimate.
Pressure-treated is the most affordable upfront and looks great when stained, but it needs maintenance. Composite and Trex cost more day one but barely need anything beyond the occasional rinse. We'll walk you through the math during your estimate.
Yes. Decks above a certain height require permits and inspections in Baltimore County, and we handle all of it. Plans drawn, permits filed, inspections scheduled. You don't chase paperwork on our watch.
That's the goal. We pick board colors, railing finishes, and stair styles that read as part of the home, not a bolted-on afterthought. We'll bring samples so you can see them against your siding and trim before we order.
Yes. 2 years on our workmanship in writing, plus whatever manufacturer warranties the decking, railings, and hardware come with (Trex carries a 25-year fade and stain warranty, for example). If something isn't right, call us, we'll come fix it.
