Our owner was introduced to construction at a young age, working alongside his father, who has more than 30 years in the industry. While most kids were home on school breaks, he was on the jobsite, learning how real projects come together from the ground up.
That early exposure built a strong foundation, not just in construction skills, but in understanding how jobs should be done properly, how to treat customers, and what it actually takes to deliver real results.
After high school he kept working in the trades, gaining experience through a hardscaping company and later on general construction and maintenance projects. Those years built the skill and confidence to take on bigger, more complex work. In 2018, he founded RWM Fix and Solve Remodeling to build something of his own, the right way.
Everything we do today comes from years of hands-on work in real conditions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, additions, and full interior remodels. From small upgrades to large renovations, we understand what it takes to plan, build, and complete a project the right way.
This isn't a company that's learning as it goes. It's a company built from experience, repetition, and understanding how every part of a project connects.
We keep the team intentionally small, so we stay focused, hold our quality standards, and make sure every project gets the attention it deserves. The owner stays directly involved in estimates, planning, and final walk-throughs, so there's no disconnect between what's promised and what gets built.
